Eyegorithm Link and Search Technology

Eyegorithm’s innovations mimic the human ability to understand images, enabling software that can automatically segment, label and organize still images and video. Because Eyegorithm software provides an automated one-stop solution to problems currently addressed by multiple technologies, it promises to radically disrupt any and all sectors that use images and video. Our standardized image taxonomy enables our software precisely to clip, label and search images, tasks that stymie other computer-vision and labeling systems. Eyegorithm uses its fuzzy-logic natural-vision-processing engine, a proprietary crowd-sourced ontological linking system and hyperimaging system (an extension of hypertext) to layer images and video into a fully-labeled image taxonomy. Our three patent pending technologies radically improve image management/search:

  1. automated image and video segmentation,
  2. automated image and video labeling, and
  3. restructuring of content into a hyperimage data structure

Eyegorithm’s long term vision is world in which all image and video documents are self-described in multiple languages. These image and video documents, which we call hyperimages, will make objects and scenes linkable to other web pages and eCommerce. Eyegorithm’s proprietary hyperimaging technology brings to digital images and video footage the same open, configurable search functionality as exists for text on the World Wide Web. Eyegorithm’s visual annotation describes the image like a painter. Natural-vision-processing technology (Navipro tm) detects salient features and composition styles, to which it assigns descriptive phrases. These phrases, which can be written in multiple languages such as English, Spanish or Arabic, become the annotation. Though we only use one phrase in the description visible to viewers, a set of synonyms are visible to search engine robots. In this way, the content is indexed to multiple descriptions, increasing findability and enhancing search engine optimization.

Fully searchable content

Image regions and individual items within images, are recognized as separate layers with their own searchable and linkable properties.
